The BISYS Workers’ Compensation for Transportation Program is available to insureds placing their auto liability coverage with a BISYS Transportation Program (Trucking, Public Auto, and Commercial Waste) and includes a broad range of eligible classes.

This program is administered by the BISYS Workers’ Compensation Program and is written with through our primary transportation carrier. You can now place more of your business through us as your single-source provider, BISYS Specialty Programs.

Eligibility Criteria

• Risk must be domiciled in an eligible state
• Satisfactory FMCSA rating
• Documented, detailed safety program including:
• Seatbelt policy
• Speed policy
• Driver footwear requirements
• Driver training for entry and exit of vehicle
• Post-offer physicals beyond DOT requirements
• Drug and alcohol policy
• Conducts accident investigations
